GJ INTERNATIONAL – Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns placed within 3 days from the date of receipt. Return requests placed after 3 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Products bought during any Sale or Offer are ineligible for return or exchange.
Customized and altered products are also not eligible for return.
Jewellry, Rugs, and Frames is non-returnable. However, if the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it if the request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ We only process orders and returns within India. Any order placed with a delivery address outside India will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Important Guidelines for Returns:

All items must have the original tags, be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

To avoid damage during shipment, please re-use the original packaging.

All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery.

Wrong or Damaged Item Delivered
All orders undergo quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us at info@litaf.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
In case of return or exchange due to damage or error:

Store credit equal to your return amount will be issued and valid for 1 year on our website. -

💸 All refunds are processed within 14 days after successful reverse pickup.
Sale Items
Orders placed during sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be processed for these items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
